Mapping processes
Learning abroad processes have many moving parts and often require input from many sources including students, team members, finance operations, academic credit approvals and more.

We believe it is important to identify all the steps of a process before building anything. This not only helps us understand your processes, but helps you and your team to understand all the parts of your system.

All processes will be mapped before major work commences on any process area. We then send these to you and your team for feedback to ensure we understand exactly what you need.

When it comes time to updating an existing process, we will take care of the process map updates, too!

Automation isn't always the answer
Creating powerful automation to handle your processes will save you time and reduce dropped balls. But we also know that too much automation in one go can achieve the opposite of what you're looking for.

There's nothing worse than things happening (or not happening) without you knowing exactly what's going on!

That's why we strive to create a balance wherever possible, and strongly recommend semi-automating before implementing fully-automated technology. This gives you a better understanding of your system and processes, better control and more confidence!

We get it. Internships are managed differently to Exchange, and Third Party Provider programs are managed differently to NCP Projects.
